These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PharmaConnect B2B ordering platform operated by PharmaConnect Distributors Pvt. Ltd.. By registering or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

The platform is for licensed B2B buyers — dealers, distributors, hospitals, pharmacies and retailers. Accounts require admin approval and a valid drug licence / GSTIN where applicable.

2. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are dealer rates exclusive of GST unless stated; GST is added per applicable slab.
• Orders are subject to approval, stock availability and credit-limit checks.
• We may cancel or adjust orders in case of pricing errors or stock issues.

3. Payments

No online payment is collected through this platform. Invoices are settled offline as per the agreed credit terms. Outstanding balances must be cleared within the due period.

4. Schemes & Credit Notes

Promotional schemes (e.g. Buy X Get Y, extra margin) are valid only for the stated period and products. Credit notes are issued at our discretion for returns or adjustments.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates. Title and risk pass to the buyer on dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

6. Compliance

Buyers are responsible for storing, handling and dispensing pharmaceutical products in accordance with all applicable laws and licence conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the affected order.
